We don't normally allow self promotion on WPS, but since the video and subject matter is just so good and well received, I think we'll relax the rule just this one time.  I hope I'm not setting a dangerous precedence here!  We really try to enforce the rules fairly and evenly, but this one slipped through the cracks!  Congrats to our member!
