I can't find an exact match in any of my reference books. Have you considered it might be an adapted sketch for some other purpose, rather than exact tracing?
A few years ago a theatre in town did a show involving various concepts of time, and the set backdrop in one scene was a watch movement.
I foolishly went to the company and asked for the set backdrop when the show was over, and they gave it to me. A huge mistake on my part!
Two enormous plywood assemblies - all carefully painted by their set people, from a projected image on the boards.

To see the actual scale, here are the boards which as a prank I set in front of my watch dealer's store one morning. The manager, Gary, appeared at 9am to "open up". He came in the back door and immediately saw his front windows blocked by plywood. He rushed out the front door to see what happened and was totally mystified when he saw the artwork. I thought he was going to have a heart attack. Ooops.
Sorry if I have slightly hijacked your thread.
