EDIT: for clarity, I mean true jumping seconds kind of like the digital minute jumping of the zeitwerk

I'm assuming he means a jumping disc with the Arabic numeral printed on it. Beyond the vagabondage 3 I don't know of any others for the seconds
I'm thinking that you mean almost like a date wheel but larger to show 60 seconds rather than 31 days?

The Opus 3 has a jumping seconds
from 55-60. Vagabondage III has a continuous jumping seconds disc.
