I find my new Reverso Tribute Geographic a very fun watch! Yes all Reversos are fun to flip from front to back but this has a chameleon blue dial at the front and a beautiful hand lacquered Geographic map at the back. Going to enjoy this one for years and years!

Yes it has a different blue hue . The blue monoface and Duoface have more purple in them

On their lacquered dials over the years. 

A few years ago, I tried to buy the time-only blue dial variant.  But it was sold out for so long that I gave up!

I also really like this less formal and more sporty strap on it as well as it looks really good. I have no doubt you will continue to enjoy this watch forever as there is just so much to love and enjoy. Wear and enjoy it in good health.

Yes I’m impressed with the new canvas leather CF straps for Reversos !

with dark blue Fagliano flap plays with the various colros in the world map.

Could be a design specific decision by JLC! Coz the canvas CF strap has a lighter blue than the canvas strap on the Reverso Chronograph.

And this canvas leather CF strap has a different blue from the one that comes with the blue Reverso Tribute Chronograph (which has a darker blue canvas).
Now you mentioned , it could be by design by the designer of JLC to pair this Reverso Geographic with this new blue canvas strap.

Are the city names on the back printed?

Are engraved and I can feel they are on the caseback.
