Jaeger-LeCoultre has introduced a limited edition Master Calendar with a very appealing grey dial, available only from JLC boutiques.

The watch is launched in steel and pink gold.

This grey dial definitely works for me. I find the while dial too "classic". From the pics, the moon looks like its in gold. I think i must go take a look at this piece.

I like this, but my white dial on rose gold case is my preference.  I just love it.

...but its rare to see these boutique editions, nor do i see many up for sale. should i just give up my dream of ever owning this?

They are definitely rare birds, so such pieces should be catched when issued if you know and want them.

You can't imagine the number of gorgeous watches I've seen only in magazines in nearly 25 years......
