Very cool watches i think. Im am one of the (rare?9 fans of the MC series, but this is somehow an improvement I think. Finally the screw in crowns make sence since this is W-R to 1000 meters. I like the new hands a lot also. However I prefer the polished finish and the inner rotating bezel that I have on my MC memovox.

I have just handled two of the three pieces and I'm pretty happy with it. But... I am surprised that the quick change bracelet has not been adopted, I would have found that useful. I was not so impressed with the feel of the bezel; needs a tighter feel and maybe even 120 clicks per rev not just 60, but it was a prototype, so I'm sure that can be improved.

The Ti piece is very light and even the size is just acceptable on my small wrists.

I've been thinking about this. Maybe JLC decided, because it is meant to be a true divers watch, that having a quick change mechanism would compromise the strength of the strap at the lugs which could result in the watch opening at depth (ie if one is fussing with their BC etc.) - which could lead to the loss of a very expensive watch.

Just a thought.

Looks like a fully-armored piece, almost like a deadly weapon!  Impressive, but it's not for everyone....at least not for me. Watches that are 44mm and larger look silly on me.  41.5mm Master Compressor Series was that most I could take.
 
I think I will stick to my "boring" Submariner/Sea-Dweller for the meantime. 

On the whole I do like the new diver watches, except the one with the depth gauge. I really like the GMT diver, but from the pics I've seen, one cannot see the second timezone or AM/PM indicators. I haven't seen any new dress watches yet with the exception of the beautiful chronograph. Does anybody know if there are any other Master Control/Reverso's to look at? 

... prospected SIHH 2007 novelties from MJLC on another forum. If this list is correct (and it mainly looks like this by now) SIHH will be disappointing for dress watch fans of MJLC this year. Unless you are unable to get your hands on the Duometre of course.
I do not know why MJLC is being so rude to us. They have nice chrono movements which they could easily fit into a classic looking GT Reverso or a classic Master Chrono (not larger than 40 mm). The responses to the Duometre show that there is demand for well balanced, classic looking watches. Hopefully we will see some next year.

From my understanding, JLC visits this forum quite frequently.  I'm sure they will not disappoint us in the future.

is geared up to selling oversized, gawdy sports watches these days and unfortunately that seems to be all we get. Unfortunately, the dress watches presented by JLC this time around are way outside my finances. I was hoping for a harmonised RDM, dress Memovox  or a new Reverso Grande Taille.

but these are way too bulky for my taste.  and they don't look that good neither, especially the pro geo.  i couldn't wear smthg like thiseven on week-ends on the beach
