Given just how many of us seem to have jumped on the NSA bandwagon in 2010, I thought it might be nice to do a roll call in similar vein to the one Nicolas called for the Reverso.  True, there aren't as many versions of this watch (Standard, Aldao, Incursion...), but doubtless the owners are just as passionate.

I'll start: Incursion gray/yellow


As an avowed dive watch fanatic and fan of JLC (I already had an MCDC to my name), it was a given that I wanted an NSA from the moment that they were first unveiled.  However, when JLC BH unveiled the Incursion prototypes "want" turned to "need".  The rest, as they say, is history.

So, who's next?

I've got a similar strap on my BP that I might switch over to the NSA after seeing yours.

Admittedly, I haven't used it much of anything because I've been on business travel (not really a office type of watch IMO) and I need to get another bracelet. The rubber is very functional but it gives the watch a dullish appearance IMO.

But if it’s OK – I like to join…

Well, I managed to have two NSAs at one point in 2010...

The NSA on the left is my first one - bought in Copenhagen in October 2009. After some discussions with JLC regarding the placement of the JLC logo, I got the opportunity to buy the Aldao version from the Aldao dealer in Madrid, produced in a limited edition of 30.

The Aldao NSA - shown on the right - has the JLC logo etched in the saphire - just like the original prototypes from JLC - and the later Incursion Editions from the Beverly Hills Boutique.

My first NSA has since been sold - and the Aldao NSA is one of the favorites of my collection.

I believe that yours is the first Aldao LE that I've seen on this forum.  I realize that this is a bit of a contentious piece for some, but regardless, it truly is remarkable what one, little change can do to transform a watch.

I am liking this thread a lot, Adam.  Every version represented except for the elusive black/orange Incursion.  I was kind of hoping one of thse would come out of the woodwork for this roll call. Nevertheless, there are some really sweet photos of the NSA in all its glory here.
