The PP is a different class of watch - excellent but different. The ROO Diver is an excellent diver's watch. The internal bezel is a particularly good feature. For me, it's 'apples and oranges' and since I'm a collector of (mostly) watches for divers, the ROO Diver is a 'no brainer'.
