those small chrono pushers are intriguing
I'm gonna say it . . . I love the script "Audemars Piguet" on the dial.
As soon as I saw it, I figured the script logo would be contentious. I think it is uber cool.
As for the watch itself, what can I say? It is a tour de force in materials and movement design. If I had 260,000 Sw Fr burning a hole in my pocket I'd be on it in an instant.

Whilst it is a stunning watch and the new pushers look really good and much nicer than before.
I really think the new font for Audemars Piguet is a mismatch it belongs on a dress watch or something far more elegant than a sports watch. just my opinion of course and what do I know I don't even own an AP,

I have a question on the verticle clutch
Monochrome Watches has a very nice explaination of the new chronograph design. It uses a simplified version of the verticle clutch, and it seems very efficient. Comparing to it, the standard verticle clutch is more complicated, which makes me want to ask why other watchmakers did not use such solution ealier?
There’s something about the font that ruins the balance of an otherwise fantastic dial.
Really love this watch. Its a great size at 39mm and the complication/movement is absolutely beautiful
Its well outside of reach for me right now. But I could see AP bringing that kind of pusher and pusher technology down to the regular production RO Choros. And that is something more in the wheelhouse for many. Hopefully that's in the cards along with a 39mm chrono size and thinner case all together.
I mean at the end of the day. Why do these advancements if they won't find their way down to the more regular production.
