Well if the Squale is from the 70's, it is debatable. But there were several brands which used the same case.

Even the date is in harmony to the hour marking.
maybe because I feel it is more monochromatic with touch of red 3H vs double minute marking in bezel in some nonrad model with yellow red in dial?

the means maybe simple but for me the opportunity for two of such vintage is almost unsurmountable my friend
Extremely cool, of course. But…
…I’ve always wondered why some — albeit a few — dive watch designers opted to omit minute markers on the timing bezel. I appreciate simplicity, but could this design be a bit too simple?
