End of last year I was fortunate enough to find a Fifty Fathoms 50th anniversary.
It's a beautiful serie I, and came full set, with it's huge box and dive lamp exhibition case. It's just back from service from Blancpain, and I will pick it up next week! Can't wait to have it back! Really love it.
Yes, i flew out of the country, just to check it out and buy it.
They are definitely quite hard to come by these days, so I jumped on the opportunity.

I passed on this model in favor of something else many months ago....no regrets but your post will give me nightmares on how nice it looks

Rightly so! It's such a nice watch, and really difficult to find..
I will never sell it, that is one certainty, this one will remain in my collection, and beyond.

I am so into this watch that I emulated it by putting a steel bracelet on my 70th anniversary FF. Congratulations, this is a wonderful edition to your collection.

It took me about 12 years to hunt one of these down in good condition. I don't see myself ever selling it, enjoy yours too!
