There are minute repeaters but then there is the Full Strike.
An incredible under the radar watch.
Not only is it comfortable, the titanium (ceramicized) makes it very light but it is a technological marvel.
The gong is made from sapphire integrated into the crystal to make the sound clear and loud. It is the loudest repeater on the market IMHO.
It also does not have the ghost quarter - a feature that exists in only one other repeater that I know of (the JLC HM 11). It has 4 patents granted to it.
Unlike most repeaters, the gong is not charged by a slide. It has a separate power reserve. At two o'clock the power reserve shows the reserve for time keeping and the gong.

Thanks. I totally agree. The only chiming watch I own that comes even close is the UN Sonata Cathedral but that's a whole different matter.
Aaaah, the Sonata! What a watch. The only Alarm which sounds like a MR. Maybe along with a certain Patek.
The Sonata is, by far, the best alarm watch on the planet. Yes it sounds like a MR because the gong used for the alarm (which
chimes for a minimum of 60 seconds) is the same gong as used on the hour striker, etc.

That's what attracted me. I was blown away by its total under the radar appearance. It is so very easy to wear. It could be a daily wear but....

I wonder if the JLC MGT Grande Complication doesn't have this absence of gap between the " ghost quarter, " too... I agree with you on the quality of the sound. Did you compare it with the MGT Grande Complication?
It was one of the best MR I heard, along with this Full Strike.
Another question: Did you compare the titanium with the rose gold? If so, is there a difference, acoustically?

Have not had the opportunity to compare it to the JLC MGT as yet. An interesting project I will take on will be to compare it to other MR's I can come upon.
I wore my UN Hourstriker and there was no comparison in loudness.
No, I have not seen the RG version as yet. A friend of mine has a One Strike in WG, will compare the Full Strike gong with that one when we get a chance.
Will compare with my JLC Reverso Tribute Minute Repeater but I kind of know what the result will be.

My warmest congratulations! I have seen the 2025 YG version recently…
…and I was very impressed with the sound - and the fact that Chopard managed to eliminate the ghost quarters. Besides Chopard, I believe only JLC (as you mentioned) and Lange have comparable technology in some of their models.

The gap between the hours, the quarters and the minutes. Most of the MR have this gap. Only a few don't.
Thanks Nico - you beat me to the explanation. It is totally a gas activating the repeater and hearing no pause in the first quarter of the hour.
