Wonderful pics, too, my friend.
A very nice dial, a nice movement, with a very pleasant finish, and a superb case.
What else for this very tempting watch?
Thanks for sharing, my friend.
Best,
Nicolas
This watch is currently at the Chopard boutique in Singapore? Wow!!!
The layout of the dial, colour of the dial, nice case and of course stunning vintage movement are my cup of the tea.
Hopefully, I get to see one in flesh. Then, ...

and wanted to ask you what was the movement underneath. Glad it is a stunning Lemania 1874 refinished by Chopard. WOW!
Does the white dial comes with sunburst as well? Cause the picture looks like lacquer/ceramic effect.
I think Chopard should issue chronos like this with the LUC Chrono calibers.

this is an nice example of very well matching slate grey with RG. actually, a question in mind, how to make/mix this slate grey color? can this color be printed/substituted by enamel? am i asking silly questions?
cheers,
stefan
i've not been a fan of the newer models since i owned a 2001 model, but this is great. there's something about a 'vintage' chrono that takes a lot of beating. does the 1874 have any relationship too the Omega 861? it looks very similar although this one is finished beautifully.
best
Graham
If I am not mistaken, the Omega 861 is also known as Lemania 1873.
From what I read on the web, the 1874 is the decorated-and-without-plastic-part version of 1873. Used in Omega 863 and 864(c.o.s.c).
Feels like a moonwatch with a different brand, ah?
If only they use the :
Lemania 2310 - Legendary 321-column wheel (I am day dreaming here) or
Lemania 1372 - Breguet 582-flyback
then it would be a totally different story!
Back to earth, I think it is easier and more realistic (and definitely better) to vote for the LUC GT3/10CF to be under the bonnet.

Graham,
SteveG has a "Lemania" brand watch with a Lemania 2310. He has written a review and here are some photos "borrowed" from the article. (Google - SteveG Watch Launchpad).

This article also shows a few newer watches from Patek, Vacheron and Breguet with the same caliber.

Pat
Coincidentally, I was walking in the IFC mall yesterday and this piece caught my eye from the window. I had not seen it before, and it was instantly recognizable as different from any Chopard Chrono that I know of.
Today I was in Pacific Place, and there was another one, same case and dial. So, there are at least two in HK and I hope they fall into the hands of Purist friends.
What a wonderful watch.
Jeff
Great pics of a beautiful watch Kong!!!
...that would be a fine addition to my collection!
