Quartz watch on the wrist: Speedmaster Skywalker X-33 Solar Impulse Limited Edition ...
By: nilomis : June 21st, 2017-05:51
Team,
It's my walk around watch, when I don't have time to set a watch because I'm on a rush.
With the LCD off. Nice.
The thermocompensated Omega calibre 5619 shines with an accuracy around f -0.3 -- +0.5 seconds/day.
Thanks for seeing.
Cheers,
Nilo

..l have a leaning towards top end quartz, Seiko Kinetic & Solar power. No charging, no winding, just put on and go!! Best, John. (still love mechanical, hand wind watches).

You're a bottomless pit when you talk about watches. I didn't know this model.

I noticed a little "cute" thing on your first picture. The dial looks like a cat head. Quite funny (at least for me).
Best wishes

To the nearest Omega Boutique.
It may have some surprises there.

I go past the Geneva Omega flagship almost everyday. One day, I will make a stop 😉

I may well get an Omega quartz at some point - they are very appealing at a very different level from their mechanical offerings.
