I recently acquired this vintage Omega gold watch that still works and is accurate. I have no idea what the model is and/or value. Appreciate any feedback to determine if I should authenticate and restore.

In the long run it will be happier on a strap or different bracelet
If you plan to wear it regularly, note that the ends of the bracelet are spring-loaded to expand tightly between the lugs, and they wear away the insides of the gold lugs.
It happened on my Grandfather's watch. That can be repaired with laser welding but why push it? On a strap it will be fine.
It looks ok to me but there are Omega experts here, and they will chime in sometime today I expect.

Please ditch the awful bracelet, whatever you do!
Why people fitted them, I will never know. In the 1950's and 60's my father always fitted one, which I remember as a child ruined the look of his watches. I think it was the convenience of just slipping the watch onto his wrist without the risk of dropping the watch. He always had a "nice" watch and my brother now has his last one.
No word "automatic" on yours so I assume it to be manual wind. It looks good as it is and not in need of a "restoration". Leave the case, dial and hands alone, although I am not sure the hands are original. Dr No on here will know! If not recently serviced, a movement clean and service at a reputable, independent repairer is what I would do. Then enjoy wearing this little treasure with a generic tan leather strap.

I can't tell the reference number right off the top of my head, but will bet . . .
. . . that when you take it to a watchmaker, the movement will turn out to be a cal 302, and will date to ~ 1953/54.
It's an interesting Omega: solid gold dress model with a screwed back, and appears entirely original to my eyes. Definitely worth servicing. Tell the watchmaker you don't want it polished, nor have the crown replaced 'to assure water-tightness'. No one cares about water resistance, but collectors do care about originality, and the crown is likely original. Replace the crystal if necessary; fortunately all movement parts are available so you won't run into a situation where the movement is apart but can't be assembled for lack of a critical wheel or pinion.
