Admittedly, I would not have declined, for better or worse....  x)

I used to take commercial photographs out of planes and helicopters and had problems with not maintaining the horizon and getting a vertigo feeling.

This would be a whole other level.

but I certainly understand your decision, for many people it is not worth the risk.

I would have taken the ride… don’t know how I would have come out of it though - haha.

Great and intense fun for a summer's evening after our local airfield had formally closed to general traffic operations.  Definitely a yes for me please!  I was the yellow at #4!
