What are the thoughts on the non matching lume color on the hands versus the color of the numerals?

The pvd of the case, the shade is different, no tritium, case looks more stamped than carved, crown guard screw is not there
The shade of the pvd is the big question. Light grey would be cool. Not sure it is the case here, indeed.
It is a great looking vintage inspired old school Panerai
But I am more than a little confused by the pictures in some it seems really close to the original colour finish yet in others it seems to be a really dark black and of course a prefer the lighter look.

If this is a new release just how would that make it lighter or darker as no real time has passed to affect it?

I tried it on at the Boca boutique. I happened to have been wearing my PVD PAM00009
Holding them side by side, the new watch is a bit darker overall. It is hard to discern in artificial light, and I could not take comparison photos due to the embargo on the piece.
I think the big difference is that the DLC case will not patinate over time like PVD, and obviously the brown numerals that look hand painted.
