I quite like it. I think it looks good.
But I hope they update the original Pelagos to be a GMT diver.

I'd say with 200 meters, this already is a Pelagos Diver.
However, I agree this is nowhere near the original's 500 meters.

I wasn’t really thinking of the depth rating.
I agree that 200m is more than enough for the vast, vast majority of people. I simply find the timing bezel on the original 42mm more useful than a 24 hour bezel. I also have no interest in an FXD model - I am not a fan of NATO straps (although I would concede that Tudor make some nice looking ones).

Looks more authentic than most other so-called "military" watches ...
... but I am rather interested in the fabric strap, that appears to be a nice match with my Pelagos LHD. Do you know if it's 22mm?

but it remains a thick watch and I would like to check the fauxtina colour. I would have preferred a whiter shade here (like the original FXD)
