Wow, what an insanely cool watch!
I love these old Rolex models, there is a certain warmth about how they have aged.
Smooth, rather flat, pin holes…. What’s not to like. In my mind the GMT is my favorite Rolex, but on my wrist I much prefer a simple 36mm Explorer or older Datejust. And my wrist is 8” around.
The new GMT are bulky and knurly (is that a word?).

It looks like the top of the 12-hour marker...
...follows the curve of the case. Is that normal? Maybe just a distortion of the crystal?
