since my son got invited to a sleepover, can't miss this chance for a romantic dinner on Sat, even it's 100F, still need to eat 😋
Inflation definitely raising its ugly head, I just noticed there are no glass of Red wine under $20 on the list, and a small glass of brut by Argyle 2013 is $19, hmmmm, a bottle is $28, maybe it's time to bring my own bottle and just pay the corkage fee.
Anyway, got the brut and a Hefeweizen to cool off from the heat.
This is one of my favorite steak house (El Gaucho) so as usual the same goes with my orders.
My boss loves the Escargot, and I have my NY steak and she ordered a nice linguine with huge prawns and diver sea scallops, with very flavorful Crimini and Shitake Risotto to share 👅

My digestive tract is going into overdrive seeing the pictures. After the relatively ample lunch of cevapcici I only had a salad for dinner and am suffering the consequences now 😉
