First, as suggested below some caprese salad. Then fresh fish, sauce, and a little angel hair pasta might work. Maybe I’ll float a few lemon slices in some vodka. With lots of ice...
May I suggest to grill some lemon slices to caramelize . Will go fine on top of the tuna. [nt]

Sorry it was not plated with drops of oil or swirls of powders, but we were hungry!
We finished off with some yogurt, fresh blueberries and cinnamon graham crackers (favorite of my wife)

Second meal, same raw ingredients...
Thanks for reading, Fred. We had surplus fish, tomatoes, mozzarella, etc. so I whipped up Sunday night’s meal featuring a childhood staple - fish sticks. Only now they are made of panko-crumb-crusted slabs of prime albacore fillet seared in olive oil rather than generic “bits & flakes” baked in the toaster oven ... ah, the frozen foods of the Fifties & Sixties...

This is kinda like the Rabbi mystery series, where on Sunday . . .
. . . he stays home, on Thursday he walks out, et al.
Monday, the pool player dined . . .
. . . at the Rainbow Bar and Grill. After midnight, no less.
On Tuesday, the pool player lunched at Sahara in Pasadena . . .
. . . feasting on their vegetarian plate.
And he still got gout. Likely suspect? Hummus.
