why don't ALL watch brands out there who have their own boutiques do their best to emulate what the general consensus is to be, at least as this thread shows and personally for me too, THE BEST boutique experience one can get?! Disclaimer is that I haven't seen nor been to ALL watch boutiques out there but have been to a few.
Could it be that the people who are attracted to work for Journe are fans of the brand themselves already hence exhibit shown behaviors that border on 6 star hotel treatment to people who wander into the boutique? Possible.
Could it be that Journe does a super intensive brand of boutique training that ALL of them come out as enthusiastic AND classy people who could teach a thing or ten to other examples of service oriented industries out there? Possible.
Could it be the fresh smelling flowers, the plush sofas and cozy lighting contributing to a pleasant environment for both employees and customers that melts away all negative vibes that makes for a universally pleasant experience?
What seems IMPOSSIBLE is to find a negative experience to be experienced at Montres Journe's finely appointed boutiques. Having been to 2 of them and looking forward to experience the rest in future trips just makes one even fonder of this brand to see that they take care of new AND old fans of the brand.
Thanks again for sharing what is becoming an all too common experience at Journe Boutiques.
