Quattro M4 on factory brown strap

Man, the Chopard forum is hopping lately. Let's keep it going with the platinum Quattro M4 on the factory brown strap. A few days ago, Mark asked me if I preferred either of the 2 straps it is supplied with, and I did not really answer. I'll do that now;

Lacquer Dial Details

With all the attention given to grand feu enamel dials, I sometimes wonder if we undervalue really well done lacquer dial decoration. This Roger Dubuis Sympathie S34 is a case in point. Note the creamy tone, the smooth texture, and the subtle gleam. Consi

Chopard LUC 1963 Chronometer. Another wrist shot.

Before I post a long owner's review on that one. I can just tell you I love this one a lot! Best, Nicolas

Very valuable insight Emmanuel...

I forgot about the guilloche difference on the dial of the new 1860. Another point about the guilloche is also that one can appreciate it has a deeper cut into the gold dial. Amazing 3d effect from that too. My initial hesitation was the price of the luce

Hoping to complete the trio one day...

I just fell in love with the Mark 1 quattro when I saw a video by Tim Mosso. And shortly after ...the 8200. I'm now torn between the 16 1860/2 or the new lucent steel versions . Honestly...I can't wait to have a trio representing the pillars of LUC. Till

Patek vs LUC....

Figured i had some free time to try taking a creative photo...alas, I have no interesting ideas beyond this. And much too afraid for outdoor photos!! Neo vintage pieces from 2 Maisons i admire. Of course ,Patek for its charm,history, romance and art...but

Infinite congratulations!

This has been a standout Chopard piece since its release. So many special features, but I love the Tuscany-like dial, the unique hands, the bee hallmark (which I just learned about), and that movement🤩. The strap system is interesting as you pointed out.
