So the mistake I made was that WGSA0019 is difficult to add a gold band. It is apparently special order and I was quoted by Cartier that it is an additional $30K. So the total will be $22,700 plus an additional $30,000 for a total of $52,700 before taxes.

Being a square watch they do tend to wear a bit larger than their stated size indicates. Also the medium is no date that I feel is a positive attribute on this particular watch. If you haven't already done so I'd encourage you to read through "Geo" s post
I know absolutely nothing about Cartier watches, but as a retirement gift to myself, I am considering getting in Rose gold the WGSA0019 I know it is not a collectable watch, not sure I could find a Crash, Bamboo, Platinum Cintree etc or any 1960-1970 era
