Ultra Thin watches just what is an Ultra Thin watch? and why are they important.

Hi all so firstly my apologies for the long delay after my post on Ultra Thin movements but increasing pain levels seriously hampered my ability to put this post together. First of all I need to make it clear I am not an expert on Ultra Thin watches and a

In the old days it was a watch i could collect

It’s a ref that took my attention. Time change, time goes, priorities changed. I do no big oversized watches anymore. Light, 39 and smaller, and vintage are key to me. Piaget, and some Jaeger LeCoultre, titanium Breitling new pluto, Enicar, Atlantic.

Tiny, oldie, charming and with a powerful DNA.

Vintage Piaget Bidynator. 1950’s 34mm. This is the other acquisition (three of four) I’m glad to have it, incredibly accurate, perfect size, in excellent condition. At one point, I wanted to reject it, but in the end, I decided (I think it was a good choi

Vintage Piaget 9587

Love this rare piece with lapis dial and extra thin 9P manual wound movement. Can’t really compare with modern timepieces imho, where thin pieces are powered by quartz movement.
