The difference is in the base rattrapante movements: the CHR 27 is about 2 mm thinner than the CHR 29. With the perpetual calendar modules, it is not immediately apparent that the 5372 is an ultra-thin watch, but 12.5 mm for a perpetual rattrapante watch
