Panerai PAM 1729 and 1730, 30 Sets.

One is in platinum, the other Bronze, both 47 mm. In a set of 30 pieces, with a trip, for the outrageous price of approximatively 150 000 euros... Too bad, because I quite like the Platinum one. Best, Nicolas

Some 12-18 years ago

there were waiting lists for Panerai’s. Like 000, 001Q, 292J with pig dial, every ltd edition, then came the bronze ones the 382/507…. There are few that I didn’t get at the time like 360, 605 (grey sunburst dialed 372 with Firenze inscription on the dial

Whilst the watches are nice and the experience sounds amazing @ 145,000 Euros I think I'll pass.

The biggest problem I have with any of these new bronzo watches is that I remember so clearly the CEO of Panerai at the time the first Bronzo was being launched declaring " We will never make another Bronzo watch again" Just how many Bronzo models now hav

I didn't use the 249 for so long....

I decided to let it go. I gifted it to one of my nephews that likes Panarai watches. Now he has 2: the 232 and the 249. Truth be told, I've never quite "salivated" after the 000. I bought a Logo, shortly after getting infected. And a few T-dialled ones wh

Anders, I hope my direct style didn’t offend you.

I don’t believe Panerai has always made the best decisions with regard to their case materials and finishes. I would be interested in seeing their actual manufacturing specifications. Anyway, I have five Panerai with the 6497 movement (000, 114,176, 177 &

One of these days......

...someone must explain what "old school" actually means I thought that old school referred to the Florentine models (and their re-editions) i.e. 249, 232, MN, 000 etc. These hypertrophic models (Submersibles) are as "Florentine" as me (born in Milan) Ple

Panerai PAM00663

A couple of days ago I told everything I do not like about modern Panerai. However imo in the past they made a few references that really showed how a Panerai SHOULD be. One of them is imo the 663. Other and just to name a few 127,232,249,360,663 ... Anyw

That would be the pam000 for me..

Mid 2000s. Made an impression on me although the first one i tried on my wrist was a 176. There was something about that logo, the ref number 000, base dial that just got my attention. Years later, around 2015 or 2016, I finally pulled the trigger togethe
