This is a Limited Edition Lange 1815 Moonphase in platinum, the Emil Lange, one of the rarest and most prized of Langes, in production from 1999 - 2000, with only 150, total, produced in platinum (250 were made in rose gold). The back of the case indicates the number out of 150 that identifies this
