Patek Philippe: J for me...

Is that the original strap? Looks a bit light? I've owned the 5146J for 3 years now; a stunningly beautiful watch; the dial in some light fall will even color a bit pinkish!

Patek Philippe: Sheen's watch at the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards?

Knowing his inclination towards Patek Philippe watches and his recent purchases, was I the only one paying attention to what he wore last Sunday? The screenshot and enlargements are not of the best quality, identification should be possible, no?

Jaeger-LeCoultre: Thanks!

Hi Blomman, thanks for you quick response and information! As i bought the watch second hand, not much information was know about the watch itself, other then the immaculate condition. The leather strap has a small "P" stamped in it near the watch itself, the rest is 'mark-less.' I can only assume t

Jaeger-LeCoultre: 58 years and counting....

I've owned this watch just over 5 years now, originally purchased at Greenwich MT in Zurich. Three years ago, I submitted the the case and caliber number to JLC hoping for more information on the watch. Aside from the date of production, not much was available and I've been wondering this forum can

Patek Philippe: 5146

I had a similar choice about a year ago; 5146 or 5396. As i would be wearing the watch as a daily, i decided on the 5146. No regrets at all, stunning watch, both with a suit or with jeans.

Patek Philippe: First Holiday & Q

A well deserved Christmas holiday in Boracay, PH with my wife and 5146G. Now I even wondered why i brought a watch to paradise! On a different note, concerning insurance; can you all elaborate a bit on the types of insurance you have for your watch? I.e. premium % of value of watch, what you include

Patek Philippe: The arrival of my first PP!

About a month ago I posted for the first time, and today my dream came through! Earlier then expected, since the delivery date of the watch was expected to be in November. Any how, since this afternoon i am the proud owner of a 5146G. I could not have picked a better place to pick up the watch eithe
