What kind of a movement is in the Moonstruck?

Do you know what is the interpretation and the origin of the old Ulysse Nardin logo/seal/herald? The pine tree standing on the hillside with a rising(?) sun and the Ulysse Nardin Locle banner.

Is this a high (28 800 BPH) beat movement?

Hi there. My new Marine Perpetual is fast, about 10 to 15 seconds a day. Do I have to send it to Florida or a local AD's watchmaker can regulate it? I live in Princeton, NJ any AD near? Thanks: Denes
