I am glad it is not just me!

and while I know the vast majority of people are loving this release, for me the jury is still out, the older references have more charm. I think it's the sapphire glass, on the new version it is just "flat" whereas for example on my 09 there is more depth, distortion, more character.

I was lucky enough to have my wife give me this titanium Santos as my Christmas present and it has been an almost permanently on my wrist since. Finish is super, weight is unreal and the polished Ti on the case edges is such a great touch, really adds to the visual of the watch when the light catche

and if you are in Belfast again it would be great to meet for a coffee and a chat.

I love both straps, whichever you chose is a winner.
