Absolument, Alex! Indies will be the next frontier, slowly but surely, and I am excited to see this trend start to pick up. As we've discussed, it's always a bit heart-wrenching to see some of these great pieces trade for low sums.

Are just that previews. They could, I don't know, make a themed sale around ALS or indys. I may have watched almost all of Aurel and Co's interviews leading up to the NY and Geneva auctions and didn't see a single mention of ALS or independents. There's more to marketing an auction than the previews

I think that Phillips is not doing a good job marketing these pieces. They are putting them in sales with big Rolexes and Pateks, expecting those collectors to scoop one of these up as a consolation prize when they miss out on a piece 10x the price. It's the same with the indy pieces they put in the

....certifying its authenticity, dated July/2017. Also, I am quite friendly with Alkis who does the servicing for ALS in NYC, and we discussed this piece before the sale, as he was in the room, and he said it all checks out. I'm going to stop by his place and have him give it a thorough going-over.

I couldn't be happier with my PLM - just checks all the boxes for me. We both get that feeling about secondary prices, and I think we're correct. I almost want to pry out what you're refraining from mentioning!

I actually like the market section, but the amount of scammers and the lengths to which they are willing to go with their deception is getting borderline extreme (see my above post regarding the fake FBI email). I think they should just implement some more safeguards and warnings on each post. On ma
