Patek Philippe: Had the watch opened up 3943/1

That is the watch, but do you have any information on the date model, and I believe this watch is manual wind? Is that possible? Thanks

Guys, I have just been given an old Patek from a family member. The bracelet says Patek Philippe Geneve 750 and another number 18kt? which is very faint. Also, the case itself only has a very small stamp on the back that I cannot make out. Here is a photo. Please help provide any information on this
