A cool and unique piece for sure. Love that it drips of early Lange dna as well.
Though I think I prefer the grand arkade for the extra size / pop of distinction with the case. So unique for Lange.
When they were teasing their release of a sports watch, my dream was for them to reinvent the grand arkade into it, and take the market by storm.

Classic, interesting piece with tons of charm. Early Lange (post revival). Bespoke movement shaped to fit the case - rarely made like that anymore. Total class from the front too.
Ah Chico my brother. It seems to me you have answered your own question. There is no greater reason to get the watch than the words
“I am smitten”, “unique charming “ and “I like”. It’s all about the seller. Buy the seller. If the seller is trustworthy and the watch is in good condition what more is there to say?
