Hello, I have an opportunity to purchase
a full set Lange Rose Gold Cabaret. I owned one many years ago and am still smitten with this watch. I typically don’t buy pre-owned but this watch is long since out of production. It seems to me to be a somewhat timeless watch and has a unique charming presence. I like the big date and feel it works very harmoniously on this watch especially with the white colored seconds subdial. To be honest, the strap makes this watch IMHO. That touch of orange stitch is really what puts it over the top. Any thoughts from those who own one and from others? Thank you very much.

Classic, interesting piece with tons of charm. Early Lange (post revival). Bespoke movement shaped to fit the case - rarely made like that anymore. Total class from the front too.
Ah Chico my brother. It seems to me you have answered your own question. There is no greater reason to get the watch than the words
“I am smitten”, “unique charming “ and “I like”. It’s all about the seller. Buy the seller. If the seller is trustworthy and the watch is in good condition what more is there to say?
