A trip or call to your ALS dealer should help

Perhaps something is loose or otherwise blocking your gear train (preventing power from your fully wound barrel from reaching the escapement).  You may even be able to identify through the caseback window if there's a screw or some small part missing from its intended spot.  I'm sure your local ALS dealer could give you a rough idea of service pricing or at least send it on your behalf.  If your watch is a relatively recent purchase, then service may be covered under warranty.
