Hi guys, i was wondering if anyone here has experience with this. after fully winding the power reserve, the watch will run for a few minutes, but then it will stop with the power reserve in full. is it time for a service? any idea how much this may cost?... 

Perhaps something is loose or otherwise blocking your gear train (preventing power from your fully wound barrel from reaching the escapement). You may even be able to identify through the caseback window if there's a screw or some small part missing from ... 

It would intermittently stop running prematurely. It did this several times shortly after I bought it. Because it was new, Lange fixed it under warranty. The problem never recurred since then. It had to go back to Germany, though. Good luck with it -- hop... 

Regarding the cost, I would say around USD 2000. Best wishes Alkiro

Both watches are Zeitwerk Striking, with the issue that the watch stops with about 1/3 power left. We asked the Asia manager at that time, Franck, he said ALS knows what has happened and solved the problem already. We sent back the watches to ALS, the wat... 

And the issue has been solved. Hope so

Well, I'm not surprised with this issue. My Zeitwerk Luminous stopped within the first 3 months after I received it in 2011. The Lange factory said it was a problem with the fly governor. I received the watch after many months and had been enjoying since.... 

Just a few watch companies really service their clients perfectly AFTER acquisition. After buying is before buying... Best, Thomas

So I decided quite a while back to boycott their business.. no need to get upset over their subpar quality and fake marketing..

About the price? They need to find first the roots of the problem. Fx
