admittedly a weird post from me
but the DS reveals unfathomable depths when you are left all alone to yourself with IT.
Sure there is a certain sound and the feeling that goes along with it when activating one of the three pushers - but nothing that could be compared with a "click" of anything else known to human kind - perhaps only with a door closing on the super-car of your dreams.
Sure, I go out walking the streets with it - during the day - it should be added, using both functions interchangeably to monitor my resting periods and advancement. No electronic gear connected to my body, just this mechanical gear, but with gears without end!
I also used the tachymeter to clock the last lap on the Champs-Élyées of le Tour de France at 58 kilometers per hour - but that was just for fun and pure enjoyment.
Really, the DS can be used and IMO should be for activities left for anyone to discover (!) for oneself.
But not under the shower - where I am headed right now!

I have to say that the YG black dial is not really to my taste, but that's a personal thing. Don't think I've ever owned a YG piece with a black dial, now that I think of it. I also considered the RG with silver dial. The great thing about that watch is t...

The technique takes a bit of practice, and it really helps to have the right equipment, but at the end of the day it's 97 percent equipment and software, 3 percent me. Fun to play around with these images, though! Best, Gary

It's amazing that Photoshop can get such a great photo using only three photographs. My photos come out mostly blurry because there is so much depth to the movement, and when you throw in the side angle, it is very difficult indeed to get a completely goo...
It helps

That I was also using a tilt-shift lens to increase depth of field with the object at an angle. For my earlier shots, I was merging up to 11 individual images taken with a standard macro lens! If I'm going to show this watch to my Panerai loving friends I...
