This is a very good question. I started with my first Lange being a Dato for I just love it too much. However I do agree that a Lange 1 is arguably the most iconic Lange and hence I got a Lange 1 later. If I could only choose one, it would be the one I li... 

My approach to collecting is to limit myself to one watch per brand, and to have that one watch be the brand's relatively strongest model compared to all other watch brands' offerings. The struggle is real, because sometimes I prefer a brand's model that ... 

Datos look a bit teutonic so the warmth of RG balances the look very well IMHO Cheers Robin
