FWIW, I have a 6.75 inch wrist and it wears fine.
So well, in fact, that I have both the Buenos Aires edition with the blued-steel hands and the earlier rose gold / dark grey dial (seen in an earlier post). The latter wears a bit smaller because of the darker dial, but the blue hands are more legible in bright sunlight if you were to go for the white-metal models. They are my go-to travel watches. Hopefully that provides some reassurance.
