Here is mine:
In platinum. I don’t have very large wrist and it fits me great. Size is not the biggest issue, but it is a heavy watch. I personally really like the heft of it, but you should really try it before deciding. The white gold has lume, but the Pt doesn’t. I personally don’t mind.
The pushers feeling is absolutely lovely. It’s a truly great watch. The movement is very beautiful as well. I stopped wearing for a while as my eye sight was getting poorer (after 40 
) and it was becoming too difficult to read the quite small travel dial.But since I started wearing glasses, i take it again often with me on business trips.

Believe it or not...
The strap is from Hodinkee and perfectly integrates with the 18k white gold Lange folding buckle. It can easily be worn as an everyday watch, especially with this more casual look.

I will have to find a smaller strap that wraps around comfortably. Yes the Pt is more prestigious but the luminous hands make much more sense on a travel watch
My take on it
you probably can pull of the size. But you need to consider the weight. Lange’s PT cases are quite heavy. So that might play a role in your decision. Overall, I like this watch quite a lot. Br, Dirk
