you have to consider a few points.
The key issue for comfort is not the diameter but the ability of the watch to not move when on your wrist. Because even in WG, it is a heavy watch. I have a similar watch (the Grand Lange One Luminous in WG) in terms of weight, my wrist is 18,5cm... and I wear it with comfort. Use a quite flexible strap to improve comfort.
About WG vs PT, I prefer the WG version. For two reasons: it has luminous hands and I like this details and I prefer the dial color. It is a matter of taste. Of course the prestige of the PT version is higher but doesn't it really count?
Best regards.
