I own both the RL PLM and Zeitwerk Raymond and can honestly say both are a pleasure to wind BUT the PLM is better IMHO...
Let me explain. The tactile sensation of both are amazing. The PLM is slightly smoother than the Zeitwerk BUT still gives the same feedback, tactile sensation, sound, and click feeling you can from the Zeitwerk. Basically it is a smoother and more refined...

You could be correct Raymond but as CR mentioned I actually like winding the PLM and Zeitwerk daily if I wear them. This is why I prefer manual wind watches over automatics..
