You could be correct Raymond but as CR mentioned I actually like winding the PLM and Zeitwerk daily if I wear them. This is why I prefer manual wind watches over automatics..
If you look at some of my recent posts you will see that I have a fetish for manual wind chronographs. Why manual wind over automatics? There are many reasons but to keep it brief, it is due to the fact that I like the action of winding the watch myself and it gives me more of a connection to the watch in the first place. Of course there are many other reasons but that is probably the most important to me and of course you get to see the beautiful movement on higher end chronos 😁😉👍

But I would prefer the better movement of the Date version. Especially the longer power reserve. Best Thomas

I own both the RL PLM and Zeitwerk Raymond and can honestly say both are a pleasure to wind BUT the PLM is better IMHO...

I am glad you mentioned the winding feel of Lange's PLM watches, too. The worst part about winding a Lange with a fusee and chain mechanism...
... is how few turns it takes to fully wind it. Just when you're starting to enjoy it, after only a few turns, the fun is over because it's fully wound.
