however it seems that there are some scratches on the buckle and the back of the case, especially next to the 950 and one of the screws....
I hope that it is just dust.....
As far as the CEO I advise you to confront him- may be it is just a misunderstanding (or at least I hope so)

Well, I don't understand you.
First of all, it is a very well known fact that Platinum is a hard material to polish but you easiliy get scratches with it. So if you don't like scratches, don't buy a platinum watch. Moreover, it is better in a long-time run not to work on the case ever...

Maybe falling into bed with a handful of salted peanuts will to the trick but I have never experienced real scratches even after doing that.. Many white gold cases, and the same goes for platinum, have a rhodium coating that is especially scratch-resisten...

Regarding the scratches on the buckle, i know about them and this happens to all my Pt watches because i use platinum stitchings in the straps of all of them, thus the stitching scraps against each other and causes that. I wouldn't worry about that. Regar...
