At last round dinner event, the guests were nearly all wore the super ALS pieces. With the lower production quantity of just sub of 5K pieces, not surprised with North Asia market. So wear your Dato carefully while closing the car-door Kong

Thanks for sharing the good news on Lange's performance in auctions... IMHO, I do find it a bit unusual for these watches to go at these prices though. These are not exactly the rarest Lange's (say if it's a Tourbograph that's different), and there are ot... 

40%increase on retail that would put retail at around €14k which is surprisingly low.

Retail is higher than what you quoted, but the 1815 HG MP was certainly a steal, in my opinion, if you could find one.

On the continent (europe) it had a retail price of 18.500 Eu. The surplus in the auction represents: 42% Seems to be o.k., the maths. Regards Moritz

Dear Mortitz For this auction prices, it is alright to discuss since it is general knowledge . However, street pricing discussion should be avoided otherwise our Forum will lose it merits. Agreed with you, this auction is indeed good for the brand ALS. Ko... 

To be frank....I am always doubtful of auction prices because they are so easily manipulated. But the prices at this particular one is not too unbelievable. But at least two of the above can be bought in secondary markets at cheaper then these auction pri...

One would wonder why you would pay that premium if you can get it from an AD at retail or retail with some discount. You might need to wait a bit but as anohter member said, these are standard produciton model and are still in production (except the limit...
