So ... so ...

FX, in general I think you understood my points quite well. If you agree or not, well that´s up to you (absolutely no offence). My points are based on my observations and I feel free to take my own decisions. There have been changes and some may like it, some may not.

At the end we talk about luxury goods and therefore I (me as a customer, connoisseur ...) have very high expectations. I talk about much more than just the watch itself. In the past I was totally impressed by Lange, most of the time. Today it looks different ...

Strategies can change, but values should stay.

The biggest asset at a company like Lange should be the people and their skills, do you agree?

Shortly before the last crisis they had been very proudly communicated to have 500+ employees.
Afterwards I heard (strange) stories about fired people ... Fired in a bad way.

What is the average age in their complication departments today?

I don´t judge, but I observe and sometimes you get stories even whithout asking.

For sure not everything is bad today, because not everything changed.

You mention Tino and Tony when it comes to passion. I agree 100%! Each conversation I had with them was much more than just informative and they always
did much more than there job only. Would love to meet them again anytime, in their official role and as a private person. But at least one person comes to my mind
which showed me his real face, when he stopped to reply my emails. Honest for the first time? ... Well, maybe I expected too much (once more) ...

There was more than one reason why there have been so many proud and addicted Lange owners/collectors/connoisseurs. Are they still the same?

In the past most people at Lange worked always so hard on credibility and their company values. Today it feels like the company is more focused on sales and marketing (only) instead of service and so on ...

At the moment they seem to be quite successfull, but in the longterm ...

From my point of view there is more than just a daring attitude missing, at the moment. Trust me, it was not a pleasure to type this.
