I had a chance to get this watch some 10 years ago but foolishly passed on the opportunity. It had haunted me ever since.
Now I have to pay a much larger sum of money and get it from the dealer. The watch is slightly different - a pin is used to change the date instead of a rectangular push button at 10 o'clock. I prefer the newer version as it makes the case cleaner. Love the subtle silver dial too...

haha....I knew all along you are not a fan of
the Datograph Perpetual because of the busy-looking dial. Like you, I am leaning more and more towards the white metal, and as a result, I am keeping fewer and fewer rose gold pieces. I hope this is something I won't regret over time. Best Sam

The Datograph Perpetual is more sporty and casual while the Langematic Perpetual is more dressy and elegant, in my opinion. Love them both. Regards, Sam
