What an acquisition!
The 20th anniversary pieces were superb as I recall, and being able to purchase one from a split pair makes it all the better! The darth guilloche is incredible, and must have been quite the rush to see it and be able to pull the trigger. I've owned more Lange 1 dial variants than any other watch and can fully understand the allure of having more than one in your collection. Each can take on strikingly different personalities.

Thanks for the kind words. everyone. Your comment is quite profound. When I hunt for a watch, my expectations are high and I sometimes end up somewhat disappointed. But just running into a watch that sings to me has never let me down.

and emotional experience. Letting your heart decide is the best way to find a piece you will stick to for a long period of time (forever?). Just my 2c.
