I've hesitated to quote any dates as I know of two original targets - "3rd quarter" but more recently "end of November"
Delivery dates slipping is very common (Ph Dufour is now up to 5 years to those he originally quoted 2-3) so always take delivery target dates with a HUGE grain of salt.
On the other hand, my friend, there will have a proposal for you that you will want, I am sure...be patient, and "stay tuned..."
